About Dr. Clare Morris

Dr. Clare Morris was born and raised on the east coast of Canada (Nova Scotia), and graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1990. Since then, she has been practicing veterinary medicine in British Columbia and Washington, where her area of practice has included horses, cows, llamas, dogs, cats, and even some zoo animals. In 1994-1995 she pursued a residency program at the University of Georgia in theriogenology (the study of reproduction and fertility in animals). After moving to Seattle in 1997 and starting a family, her focus narrowed to dogs and cats. Dr. Morris completed a veterinary acupuncture course in 1996-97, and uses both traditional western medicine and alternative therapies in treating animals.

While Dr. Clare prepares her permanent office in our Queen Anne location, she is mainting office hours in the Belltown location every Friday, 1-4pm. Walk-ins welcomed!
