We at the Downtown Dog Lounge™ are firm believers in the mental and physical benefits of dog daycare, but we also realize that dog daycare and the Downtown Dog Lounge™ may not be the best option for your furry pal. • Our 5, 10, and 20 Day Dog Daycare packages DO NOT expire!
• If you purchase a package, your second dog's package is 1/2 off.
• Monthly and yearly unlimited daycare pass holders receive special overnight lodging rates of only $25 per dog
• All dogs subject to one-time $15 (weekends with appointment) or $25 (weekdays or no appointment) evaluation and initial set up fee.
• Holiday and Holiday Eve Rush Evaluations are $50 per dog and all policies apply.
• 2nd and 3rd dogs are half priced if they sleep together
• All package and unlimited pass sales are non-refundable
• Early drop-offs and late pick-ups are subject to a $15 surcharge (with advance notice)
• Services are due at the time of pickup or your dog will board an extra evening or until payment is made in full. $44 boarding rates will apply.
• For optimal safety, DDL has limits on bully breeds. Please see our manager or trainers for more explanation as they will handle all evaluations for these breeds. We rotate our pups to give everyone adequate playtime and short term (15 min) rest periods as needed and are currently at capacity and cannot accept any more pit bull or pit bull mixes.
• We reserve to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
